Our Angus are grass-fed from Spring through Fall. We rotate our pastures and are blessed to have additional acreage from nearby neighboring farms.  In the winter, we feed our Angus hay bales from our farm and other local farms. We also supplement with local corn silage, and mineral tubs. Our Angus also love the occasional apples, and pumpkins when in season. Our water is sourced from Lake Champlain after being filtered by Tri-town Water. 

 

We use Maple Ridge Meats as our processor because of their pride in being a humane meat processing facility. The cleanliness of their facility and the friendly staff are all part of the reason we have worked with them for the past several years.

We currently deliver beef orders to your home or workplace. You can also find our beef at Vermont Food Collaborative on Route 7 in New Haven, VT.

Angus weights vary between 250-350 lb. (half) and 500-700 lb. (whole) hanging weight.

Processing is included in 1/2 and whole pricing.
